As ever, the surgery's receptionists triage the patients calls discretely and professionally.   So many of my friends bemoan the fact that they have to wait weeks to see a doctor.   At my surgery it is not uncommon to get a same day appointment.   The surgery has a lovely family feel and is such a reassuring place to be as a nervous patient.   thank you - don't change!
