We had my father in hospital for several weeks during the introduction of the hospitals new parking system.
What a farce.
We had parked and paid without TOO much hassle ( except for having to register disabled every time to obtain reduction, bar-code on badge should scan as with other trusts as proof) One evening went to pay for ticket machine covered over OUT OF ORDER. We have now been issued with a £70 fine and all the hassle of having to sort it. This cause stress at the worst possible time. I would suggest not implementing something until it is working correctly.
