"Phlebotomy Clinic"

went To clinic today along with 60 other people for 1 o clock start. We had to take a no and sit down, this was outside the clinic, which we did occupying all the chairs belonging to another clinic leaving them to stand. One by one we were called forward by no and was booked in. Only then were we allowed in the clinic which was empty. We were seen nearly 2 and a half hours later . As we left there was still people stand and occupying chairs outside the clinic. Who worked this system out???you need at least five nurses on duty for over 75-80 people in a three hr slot. And either a faster receptionist or maybe too. Come on St Catha work it out
