"Gall bladder op"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as the patient),

I attended Day Intervention Unit to receive my operation yesterday.  I would just like to highlight the wonderful care I received by all teams involved. Despite the busy morning getting us all organised.  Everyone I met took the time to introduce themselves and ask if I had any questions.   Short staffed across the nursing time but despite this, there were no delays in receiving care or assistance which I feel is a total credit to the team as I am aware of the pressures they face.  I had such a positive journey! I felt very well cared for and respected!

Can't thank you enough!
