"Worst staff"

I have been calling the surgery from 2 days and after putting on hold for 20 minutes they tell they don't have any appointment left. Firstly the receptionist told me they are not accepting any patients with vomiting and I told her my kids are having whooping cough symptoms that's why they need to be seen and she said just give them plenty of water. After 5 minutes of useless talk she told me they are not left with any appointment anyway and I can complain anyone I want to about her.
