(as the patient),

Relationship breakdown with my gp 

Receptionist hang up on me 

I feel that my complaints don't get taken seriously 

I am really upset that my doctor don't take me seriously and don't believe me anymore 

Now when i ring they don't respond i just get hung up on 

I think this is a disgrace 

I suffer with anxiety too 

Lost faith now 

I  left  in tears and I feel that they have not take responsibility for what they said.

Thank you for this feedback. I regret that protection of personal data restricts us from commenting on individual cases. The Practice does have systems in place to respond to dissatisfaction by patients.
