I have tried twice to get a repeat perscription once in surgery and once on new online system. On first occasion i was told when visiting to pick up perscription that they hadnt done it as i needed to see a doctor for one of the tablets required. For a surgery that is quick to text how wonderful their new systems are could you not text people to say there is an issue with a perscription and to contact surgery before wasting peoples time? Your time is not more important than that of your patients. I have tried again to pick up a perscription ordered on the new patient access only to be told there isnt one there. Hopefully when i can get chance to move surgery i may be able to get medication needed.
