"iccu staff amazing, iccu receptionist was very..."

my parnter was rush in to iccu with, swine flu, pneumonia and sepsis. iccu staff were amazing told me to contact and visit when ever I wanted. every night and morning I would ring just to see how my partner was as he was in a bad way and did think he was going to pull through. The receptionist for iccu however was unbelievably rude and very unprofessional, to the point I felt uncomfortable to ring and check in. he was on life support for a while and the staff always made me feel at ease apart from the receptionist her attitude and rudeness was uncalled for and not professional at all.
