"success in my treatment"

About: Croydon University Hospital

(as the patient),

I was in a lot of pain for a very long time, almost a year, the pain in my left neck and shoulder were so bad that it gave me ear ache, which lead to dizziness.   I was unable to sleep. no position was comfortable.   I would be up every hour and would need to get out of bed exercise, apply ice pack and  walk about to get some relief. I saw an osteopath for 3 session that help but did not take the pain away.

I asked  my GP  to refer me to the pain clinic. I eventually had a few injection on the affected areas,   I was referred to physio but it took 3 months to get an appt. but in the mean time I went on line and follow some exercise, which really help.. Physio  also    help. 90% of the pain was gone, I felt so happy, got my life back.

At the follow up apt, I asked if I could have an injection for the rest of the pain but it was declined, I accepted it and carry on with my physio, and also joined the gym.. My pain is now completely gone. I got quality life back and am so grateful to the pain clinic doctor, who made an immense difference to my life.
