"Quick and smooth process"

Just wanted to thank all the lovely staff from Canterbury hospital. Have had a fractured scaphoid since last year and after casts and follow up appointments it became clear that it wasn't healing of its own accord.

I am pleased to say that the services and care before and after surgery where phenomenal in my eyes. Really pleased with how quick and smooth the whole process was and especially want to thank Mr Smith and his team for their time and skills shown. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or scared. I thought it went really quickly and well.

I thanked the whole team in person anyway but also wanted to make it written statement for your records and training that despite what others say I don't have a bad word to say about the NHS. The only thing I will say is that instead of government making cuts on services and jobs should be throwing more money and appreciation your way.

Thanks again for sorting me out and in a nice way of course hopefully don't see you too soon.
