(as a service user),

I think that this is a good organisation and am really happy with the service I am receiving. My work coach Carrie, listens to me, she puts me at ease and I don't feel like I am just a number. Carrie has referred me to other services to improve my employ-ability. Carrie communicates well with me and keeps in touch with me in between sessions; I feel that Carrie really cares about me and I enjoy meeting with her.
