"No help for me"

Was expecting help for these people but they just left me in the dark never received any recommend medical treatment, its been year since then and im still struggling to cope with my mental health.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your post. It appears that there was some confusion as to which part of the service your post was related to.

On behalf of the team at Netherthorpe I am sorry that you felt you had a negative experience whilst in the service. Our aim is to work collaboratively with service users, sharing information and involving them in every aspect of their care and treatment. If you are still struggling with mental health issues I would urge you to get in touch with the duty workers in SPA so that we can help with any difficulties.
