As a patient I have the utmost respect for this surgery. A couple of years ago I asked for additional information regarding a blood test result for SLE. One of the medical secretaries, researched this across 30 years of medical notes and produced an excellent report which showed the challenges I have faced with this rare autoimmune condition. I was extremely grateful.

All the GPs have provided me with good care and support through some challenging medical conditions over the last 8 years, they have been patient and kind and always listen carefully. The reception staff are always patient, kind and helpful and I take this is the ethos set by the lead receptionist. The practice manager and his team have a professional "can do" approach that is enabling their teams to work effectively to provide an excellent surgery.
