Just to say I've come a long way, and I am happy with the help that CGL at Gateshead have given to me. I am still fighting my demons on a daily basis, so glad to be clean, big thanks to all staff.
Basically had positive feedback from all staff, gave me confidence to stabilize as I used to rush in coming down, down, until I crash and burnt out. I know now there is no quick fix to become clean. Staff helped me feel like a person again.
