I was admitted to NewCross Hospital on Thursday 31 January 2019 following instructions from my doctor in the Newbridge Surgery, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, following some blood tests which showed me to be suffering from dehydration among other things.
I was taken to a ward, consulted with a doctor and immediately put on a drip.
I was looked after extremely well and for the entire duration of my stay I was treated with the utmost care and attention.
I was very happy with all the food I was offered and the tea/coffee/biscuits that were presented on a regular basis.
I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable with easy access to a bathroom, and was extremely happy to have my own room for two nights.
All the staff were wonderful and very helpful, they could not do enough to make me comfortable and at ease.
The doctors were very professional and I was extremely satisfied with all the medical treatment provided.
I am now back at home and feeling very much better.
Thank you for your excellent service.
