"Awful."

I'v been going to this surgery for a couple of years now since my one on dover road closed down, its the only one in my catchment area so no one else will take me.

iv been trying to get an MRI scan for over a year (atleast a year an a half mabey 2) my whole family have been told to get this done due to a hereditary aneurysm , my sister got found with one and neurologists said best we all get checked, and then my mother got found with two, they have both had to have surgery, well i tried 4 times, they got my address wrong every time, i kept missing appointments because they didn't change my address correctly, even though i watched them do it, i even made sure it was written out correctly, i even handed it to the receptionist the last time because i wanted to make sure, i have extreme head pains and headaches, i finaly got my MRI as i got a text 2 days before the appointment, luckily they got my number right this time. but still no letter so didn't have the details i needed.

iv been throwing up randomly for a good over a year, and over the last 4 months its been blood, or dried blood (so its been there a while) sharp pains around my left rib cage swollen spleen and sharp stabbing pains and bloating ( they also found i was anaemic and put me on iron tablets but haven't done any checks up since, even though iv asked) the first time the lady just gave me anti sickness tablets, they made me worse, then they said its IBS , and now they have done a test to see if its a ulcer, yet saying to me it probably isnt .... dried blood in my vomit... and you say its nothing? any who, im now waiting on my results for both MRI and other tests, well i called and the receptionist tells me its been here for 4 days but no one has checked it, so she said she will remind the doctor and they will call me, its been over a week now and i still haven't been told my results.

my symptom list is ridiculous, cant gain weight, ill all the time, sweats, bone pain (to the point some days i cant stand) lost 5 stone in a matter of months a few years ago for no reason, i genuinely feel so run down even my part time job nackers me, i also look after myself, i eat well and used to exercise as much as i could before my fatigue got this bad, and im only 21. im worried and the doctors genuinely don't care, iv been having problems for 4 YEARS and nothing is being done, they dismiss me, don't take me seriously, accept one doctor he was lovely but haven't had him since, he sorted my mental health test and blood tests although i missed my mental health assessment because , you guessed it THEY GOT MY ADDRESS WRONG the doctors other than a few are awful, they obviously don't get paid enough to care, i know the NHS are stressed and understaffed, but thats besides the point, although the receptionists were lovely.
