"Toilets were filthy and inadequate"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Accident and emergency Whipps Cross University Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I arrived via via ambulance via a&e at 4am in the morning, with side effects of flu which elevated my condition,  I was subsequently transferred to amu where my treatment commenced and two days later I began feel better.

On the third day I was transferred to a another ward on the second floor into another side room., great I thought now I can shower and fresh up but as I showered I the room flooded because of a blocked drain
I called the nurse and they arranged for my room to be dried and cleaned.
On the forth the moved onto the ward with 25 patients, the toilets where filthy and inadequate for the amount of patients.
On my my four day no hot water and yet was moved again , , by then I was annoyed and  frustrated with the the doctors and some of the nurse who in my view lacked people skills.
On the fifth day I was eventually discharged .
This is the  worst hospital experience I have ever had and left this hospital traumatised
