A little bit nervous just prior to arriving at Holme Valley Memorial hospital but that soon went away. On arrival I was introduced to a member of staff who was to accompany me through the stages of admittance right through to being discharged after the operation later that day. The care of the staff throughout all the stages was excellent. Everyone of them were friendly, chatty and reassuring, explaining what was going to take place from preparation for my op to the op itself! I was supplied with all the information needed telling me what to expect post op and contact numbers if needed. I can't fault the experience in any way. They are a very professional and amazing team! I have since been back for the follow up clinic appointments and all has gone well.
