I attended Forth Valley Ambulatory Care Unit in Larbert today to have 3 sebaceous cysts surgically removed.
Prior to attending, I had been was quite nervous about the prospect of the procedure - however, any fears were speedily allayed. I was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I then had the absolute pleasure of David, Susan and trainee Teah's company for the following hour or so. After the initial numerous local anaesthetic injections - the remainder of the surgery (conducted by a very cheery David) was extremely comfortable and pain-free. David, Susan and Teah all instantly put me at ease - some of David's jokes aside....... :-) - and thereafter, they were great company for the time I was there - which totally flew in.These guys are a credit to the hospital and to your organisation and I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation.
"friendly, professional and courteous staff"
