"Rude staff"

My mother was last to be see which was no problem but the staff just looked like they wanted to go home. One staff in particular was just plain rude for example.when my mother had just came out of her operation they switched off all the lights didn't even give her a chance just to rest not only that they rushed at explaining the care she needs to take. The member off staff that was rude was also on the phone which is very unprofessional
