"An eye opener"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

I have attending sessions at Inclusion for anxiety and depression for the past 10 /12 weeks. I feel as though I have died and come back to life comparing how I felt before the sessions started to how I feel  now. I wasn't sure about the group sessions at all, I felt like an idiot but I soon realised there are people from all walks of life who experience anxiety and depression. Hearing their stories and being able to talk to my therapist Monica helped enormously. It was an eye opener.

Dear wezenyn48

So pleased you found the group work and the individual work helpful.

It can be very eye opening cant it when you realize that lots and lots of people can struggle with problems that are just like your s..!! There is no " one type " of person that experience anxiety and depression - its all types - people just like you and me....

I'm glad you found this therapy helpful and I hope you continue to benefit from applying that new knowledge in your life.

Many thanks for sharing your experience with us and I shall pass on your kind words to the whole team at Inclusion Thurrock

Paul
