About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients

Had to have a cone biopsy done on my shin, 

Was taken at my appointed time, was  seen by David and Lauriann, 

from entering the room until I left, I was made to feel at ease, with David talking

non stop (not complaining), they both made me feel relaxed, David explaining 

everything from what to expect with the procedure and also afterwards,

The procedure was completed within the time specified, no complaints.

Thank you for letting us know of your experience of our clinic.

It is always a pleasure for me to have a conversation with the patient as I am working, I find it relaxes everyone, although rest assured I am concentrating on the job in hand!

I do tend to talk people into submission though.

It is great you felt at ease, perhaps my plan worked!

Lauriann and I hope everything is healing well and trust the results will be with you shortly.
