"Seeking help from the mental health crisis team"

Everything about the experience was positive despite the fact I was in an agitated and distressed state.  The nurse and student nurse were both so lovely and made me feel that I was supported and that they cared about my getting better. They listened to how I was feeling and they made sure that I felt ok enough to go home.  The care I received in the hospital was then followed up by phone calls at home.

I am so impressed by the service I received and wish I could thank those involved personally.
