(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was referred here from Watford General. We were given a next day appointment first thing in the morning. I researched parking beforehand & knew where to park. Ward 3 was clean & decorated well for children. The service from the nurses & consultant was above and beyond. My daughter had a teddy with her & the nurse came over to give her an outfit for it to take home. This cheered my daughter up no end who was feeling sad she was missing school. I would highly recommend this ward & the staff who work there. Thank you
