My Mum was quite unwell and we had to call an ambulance , who responded very quickly and brought her to Northwick Park . She was seen by the A&E Team reasonably quickly and the relevant blood tests, Xrays etc were carried out. She was then transferred to the Crick Ward where further investigation and assessments was done. After which, she was transferred to the Haldane Ward , where , additional specialists investigated her condition and her medical treatment plan was finalised. When she was feeling better and was stable enough, she was allowed to return home .
It was very clear that it was a very busy and stressful day in the A&E and other departments, my mother was looked after very well throughout . I like to Thank the Ambulance crew , the Team at the A&E and all the Wards to took care of her so well.
I like to mention a couple of people and says a special ,Thank you, to Nurse Jed at the Haldane Ward and also the lady in the A&E X-ray Department, who co-ordinates all the emergency patient X-rays . Both these people carry out their work with so much care and enthusiasm and it's very clear to see, that they have patient care and quality as the highest priority for them. These people should be commended for the fantastic work they do.
Finally, I like to Thank everyone at Northwick Park for the excellent work they do, day in day out, in a very challenging environment .
