"Very happy patient"

I have been a patient at this surgery for nearly 15 years and very much appreciate that i have always had the same doctor. On the rare occasion he has not been available to see me other very professional doctors have seen me. Many years ago a doctor was very abrupt to me suggesting that my reason for seeing him was not an emergency. When i challenged him and explained why it was an emergency, he fully accepted my reason and apologised.

I have a number of serious medical issues which require regular visits.i feel i am very lucky to have the doctor and surgery that i do. Relatives describe their doctors surgery as being in melt down!
