"Waiting times"

My aunt was  referred to  see an  ENT specialist at the beginning of September 2018 at the  New Victoria Hospital, Glasgow  I called them in November and was told she should be seen at the end of January 2019 to date we are still waiting on an appointment. I have just called them again today and was advised that it's a 35 week wait so she wont be seen for at least another 15 weeks. I think this is totally unacceptable especially as she is taking care of her sick husband, cant hear a thing and the gunge is still leaking out of her ear.
