Went to pass Ona letter I received as I need testing for a cancer gene which my mum has. She doesn’t live I London but I do for my job. I also wrote a letter from myself explaining could this be passed onto my gp. The receptionist was incredibly rude to me didn’t read my letter and I had to explain to her. She looked at mead if I was speaking nonsense though I had given my official nhs letter explaining I need the test. This isn’t the first time this receptionist has been rude. I’m just shocked as this is a delicate and important test I need.
