About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a service user),

Regular attendance at the One Recovery Bucks Family Group has enabled me to connect with people in similar situations as myself, helping me cope with immense feelings of isolation.   Sessions are both educational and experience based, and take place weekly in a safe environment. The sessions are run by Helen our family support worker who is friendly and approachable. Attendance at these meetings is invaluable to me whilst my family are going through a difficult stage in life.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your very valuable feedback regarding accessing our family service in the north.

It's fantastic to hear how you feel safe and able to connect to others who attend the group, and this has helped reduced your feeling of isolation, sharing experiencing and learning new resilience skills in a key aim of our family service.

I will ensure Helen hears your feedback, I am sure it will make her smile, she is such a valued experienced member of our team, we feel really lucky to have her has part of our team.
