"Issues Booking an Appointment"

About: Bromley Healthcare

(as a service user),

I tried to book an appointment and waited on the line and ended up leaving a message, where no one contacted me, decided to call again on another day, I stayed on the line for over 5 minutes then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I then had to call again and be put in the queue to no avail as I was hung up on again.
