"Very poor service"

I needed a cure for UC, just passed 1 month from when I asked for an alternative medicine, because mine was not available, from the first day it was known what is the substitute, which is available from the hand in the pharmacy. passes a month already when I go from GP to the pharmacy. They write the same prescriptions, send them to an unknown pharmacy, some just get lost. I do not mention the medicine I need so that I can function normally. They always have a smile on their face and that honesty apologizes for the inconvenience. Thank you very much
