"A and E and Ward 15"

I was admitted via A and E early hours of Friday morning. The A and E staff took me straight through to a trolley as soon as I arrived. Pain relief was brought very speedily and I had blood tests, ECG and IV's started almost immediately. All staff introduced themselves and explained what they were doing. The care was excellent.

The following day I was transferred to Ward 15 and again all care was excellent. The staff were kind, caring and professional and the ward was well organised and clean. When I asked for pain relief it was always brought to me. The doctors explained everything to me and asked for my input when planning care. The CT scan was done on the same day.
