(as a service user),

I want to feedback on Kathleen (I hope I have her name correct)the treatment room nurse in Blantyre health centre. She has worked there for many years and I have attended her many times over the years for smear tests. This is something that no one looks forward to attending. The nurse has fantastic people skills. She makes the whole experience so easy. She is professional, has a warm caring manner, listens actively and carries out the procedure quickly and easily.
