I had a barium swallow x-ray at Torbay Hospital's radiology deptartment at 10.30am mid January. I arrived fifteen minutes early expecting a long drawn out delay but was immediately given instructions to put a gown on and promptly seen.
I was provided with clear instructions and show warmth and kindness throughout. The procedure took 10 minutes from start to finish and i was then left to continue my day.
Everyone I met, whilst locating the department, were courteous and welcoming and made the whole experience enjoyable. Well done team and long live the NHS.
"excellent service"
