About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / General surgery

(as a service user),

It was a minor surgery- all went well, was dealt with quickly. 

I would like to say a big thank you for the treatment and service I received from all involved,  but special plaudits  to Jessie, the nurse that looked after me pre and post opp. Thank you again.
