"Bereavement care"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a service user),

I had home one to ones with the counsellor. I found it very therapeutic. Suggestions were made that I will act upon when I can. The counsellor was kind, a good listener and non-judgemental. I felt very comfortable throughout the sessions. It helped having someone to talk to about things my family couldn't help with.
