Last year, in Oct, I was sent here for an opp. But when I got to theatre on that date, I got sent back home. They said that they couldn't do the operation because the doctor hadn`t read the notes right, and if he had read them he wouldn`t have done my opp. It's worrying that they might have they just gone in blind!
