Having Souad as my care worker is working out really well.   She has helped me get back on track.   I find she is firm but in a good way and I find it easy to talk to her on a level I feel we both understand.

Thank you for giving us your valuable feedback about Souad your keyworker. It is great to hear that you feel she has supported you "to get back on track". It is good to also hear you have built up your professional relationship so you feel you can talk to her. One of our key values is for staff to take time to listen.
