"Excellent care and support"

My Mum has recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness and I cannot thank the staff enough for all the kindness and support that has been given to both my Mum and my family. We have been kept well informed and involved in care planning and the Drs are endeavouring to fulfill my Mums wishes for her future care. I have been very impressed with this practice and, as a nurse myself, I know that it is important to give praise as we do often face criticism in the nhs. It is a very difficult time for my Mum and family but knowing we have such a supportive network in place is very reassuring. Thank you.
