About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Endoscopy and day care

(as a service user),

I recently attended the endoscopy department at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. I cannot praise the staff enough.

They were all extremely busy but were 100% professional and caring in all their interactions with me and all the other patients there. 

Nothing was too much trouble and they were cheerful and friendly. 

It made a very anxious patient feel relaxed and reassured

Keep up the excellent work!

We appreciate that it can be an anxious time when attending for an endoscopy procedure. It is reassuring that you felt well cared for throughout your time in the department.

Both staff and students within the department, work hard to try and ensure a high level of care is provided.
