"Reassured"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

This is my second endoscopy, that's because when I had my gall bladder out by keyhole surgery a few months ago a cyst was found on my pancreas.  I asked Mr Durkin to promise he would keep an eye on this, as I was panicking. Hence my appointment today. The minute I entered the department I was greeted by nurse Emma, she was very polite, made me comfortable and very relaxed. At the procedure room again everyone  was polite and made me feel very  relaxed. Afterwards when I was back in the ward having a cup of tea the consultant Dr Glass came to see me and explained everything about the procedure, I found this very reassuring. I am very grateful to all the team and staff who have been looking after me over the months, I wish them all continued success in the future you are ALL amazing people Thank You,
