Only 1 star for 2018, because I can't give you half.

I’m disappointed because after one and a half years of observations and measurements on my child’s eye, the doctor informed me with 1 hour before the squint surgery that a second one would be required next year!!!

It was too late to opt out, after being on the waiting list for so long, so we went ahead with it.

That was not fair at all.
