Attended an urgent appointment and as it was arranged quickly didn’t get any detailed information and didn’t know what to expect. The staff were fabulous, friendly and introducing themselves and explaining each step of the way, this was comforting and reassuring.
Having intimate invasive tests is always difficult and whilst I do get embarrassed the consultant Miss Hamm and team of nurses including Nicky were so kind and put me at ease. Miss Hamm took time to explain things and nothing seemed too much trouble
