I have visited this surgery on a number of occasions, and I have been treated with respect and compassion by the doctors.

Today, I visited this surgery and saw the doctor. I was nervous about discussing a sensitive issue with the doctor, but he put me at ease and helped me to open up. He treated me with dignity and respect, and together, we discussed 'ways forward' to overcome my problem.

Thank you to the doctor - I feel at ease and safe because of your kindness and expertise.

I'm really pleased and reassured that your visit to the Practice resulted in a positive experience.

Patient feedback is very important to us and is discussed regularly at our Practice meetings, so that the team can reflect and learn from the things we could do better and, as in this situation, be motivated and encouraged by the things we do well.
