About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Cardiology

(as a service user),

was referred by my GP for chest pains

as soon as i arrived was treated with respect and care, was informed what was happening all the way through my tests.

lovely caring very efficient staff who gave me excellent service, in fact the best service for anything I've ever experienced 

cannot give enough praise, receptionists, nurses and doctors top rate

i would like to thank them all, keep up the excellent work

Thank you for sharing your recent experience of our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) department. My name is Michaela Brewer and I am Patient Experience Coordinator, part of my role is to read feedback we receive from our patients and share with the relevant staff. I am sorry for my delay in responding to you.

It is wonderful to hear that you had such a positive patient experience and were treated with respect and care as well as being kept informed throughout. Experiencing chest pains must have been frightening and I am delighted that the staff were lovely, efficient and provided you with an excellent service.

I have passed your kind words, praise and thanks on to the manager of SDEC and asked that she share with her entire team as I know they will be as equally delighted to receive them.
