"Outstanding care - thank you!"

This week I have been a patient of Ninewells Hospital, Dundee - Ward 36 (Gynaecology). I cannot fault the care I received. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant, caring and helpful. The care I needed was given quickly and explained clearly which drastically reduced my anxiety and worry. I was able to go home and return the following day for further care. Thank you to the staff on duty that day, the night shift and the staff on the following day shift. I am a hospital-based nurse myself and I understand the pressure that the NHS staff are under, particularly over the festive season. I was so impressed with the way my care was dealt with. Can’t thank you enough!
