I’ve been attending this surgery since birth, 36 years ago and found the Drs based here to be respectful and professional. Unfortunately a female member of the GP team that I saw recently started to laugh at my situation whist I was getting tearful. I was dumbfounded as I’ve never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism before. I doubt that I could see her again as Dr - patient trust has been broken.
