"Ruined by terrible staff on the afternoon shift"

Arrived at 7am (21-12-18)as required and was welcomed and shown to my room by a very polite lady ,and i can only say that all the staff on the morning shift were more than excellent ,at around 2pm on the shift change , you would of thought that you was on your own , not once did any member of staff step into my room and make sure i was ok.

I had to buzz to finally get any help and when i did there attitude was no where worthy of the hospital , i was disgusted at their attitude , the one time the member of staff came in chewing on food with crumbs around her mouth.

Eventually after three requests and nearly an hour , my release was started, its a shame a handful of staff were so terrible .
