(as the patient),

I've had my braces on for 2years and 11months. In the whole time I've had them on the staff have made me feel disgusting. Staff had been very unprofessional, they've been really rude and disrespectful towards me. I would not recommend the Maxifacial department one bit. Glad to see the back of that department.

Staff don't seem to understand that patients have feelings!
