About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

(as the patient),

Since I use the patien Access App on my phone it is pretty easy to get appointments on the day, the previos system over the phone was a nightmare.

I can also book appointments for my son and nurse appointments if I need to. I understand this system may be harder for older people not used to smartphones etc, but overall this has been a great improvement.

I do find it difficult to see always the same doctor.

The care and response to my health problems has been always good, kind and profesional.
